- On receiving your contact request (Voice mail or Email), I aim to respond within 24-48 hours.
- We then schedule a free, confidential video call, either via Zoom, FaceTime or WhatsApp, lasting around 30 minutes.

Once the session is booked, I will:
- Send you a confirmation email
- Email will include two separate, confidential forms for you to complete and return to me priorto the session.
- There are at least three advantages to doing it this way

- The questions cause you to focus on your issue and can result in some important information coming into your awareness

- You will have provided me with all your essential information, thereby allowing us more time for discussion in the pre-talk
